XDuoo Dm0-1 bad support.

Hi y’all, so long story short I bought this tube amp about 6 months ago and it suddenly sounded like it shorted mid listen and is very quiet. I bought this amp through Hificollage on Amazon. I sent them an email stating the issues I was having. We exchange all the order number info and such then they ask for a video showing what is wrong with the product, I send them this video. As the thing turns on and hardly makes noise this is the best I could do. They say their response time is 24-48 hours and it’s been over a week of radio silence on their end. Oh and about 10 days ago I put in a claim directly with Xduoo, crickets.
