How long does glitch support take to respond?

I ordered two hoodies from the merch store a week ago still 15 minutes before the 15% off all tadc merch would end and it still charged me full price. It originally showed the discounted price on checkout but sometime during it changed back to full price without notifying me. With the unbeliavable shipping and duties taxes I really needed the discount. So I contacted glitch the same day when I noticed that it charged more than It should have and still haven't received a response. Just hoping they won't ignore me as they've already shipped out the items.
