Pims house job and usmle

Hi i am fresh graduate and i got an offer to do my house job from pims starting from 17 july

I have done my mbbs from Peshawar and and i am planning to give my step 1 uslme in dec or January 2027

So the reason behind this post is if anyone can guide me what should i do, should i go for my parent institute for hj or should i avail this opportunity to start it from pims

i live here in Islamabad so it will be comfortable for me instead of living in hostels in peshawar

Can anyone tell me how is the working environment and would it be easy to manage my studies with it

Or should i go for my parent institute
