Clothes not changing with the weather in career mode

Has anyone stumbled upon a problem in which your manager or player's clothes is completely unaffected by current weather?

It's quite annoying for the immersion when winter kicks in and everyone starts wearing long shirts and gloves, but you are there with the same T-shirt.

Even though you can alter your clothes (at least the shirt), it sucks to always have to switch it manually, and for the gloves, there is actually nothing you can do to use them as far as I know.

If anyone knows a solution to this, please share!

P.S.

I play on PC and got my game on Steam (don't know if that matters).
