"Run him right into the wall, maybe even off the bridge" - J. Cole

Artist: J. Cole Song: Dreams Released: June 15, 2009

Lyric:

Run him right into the wall, maybe even off the bridge

Context (via Genius):

Could be a slight hint at the ending of “Stan” by Eminem, where the obsessed fan willingly drowns himself and his girlfriend by driving the car off a bridge.

Both situations are driven by obsession over someone. In Stan, it’s his obsession with Eminem, and in Dreams it’s Cole’s obsession with a girl who has a boyfriend already.
