Loud Squeaking/crunching Noises

My M3P has developed considerably loud noises from the front suspension. It seems to be a lot worse in hot weather. I did notice so slight squeaks during the winter but dismissed it as being typical noises from an electric car. I’ve injected crease onto the top of the control arms (flange) which did subdue the noises for a week or 2 but during this hot UK weather the noises have gone crazy. Cars on 61k and a 2020. Control arm replacement needed?
