US Secretary of State Marco Rubio said Laotian national Tou Lue Vang, convicted of sexually abusing a 10-year-old girl in Minnesota, has been deported after his legal status was revoked. Rubio claimed Vang had earlier received a pardon from Minnesota Governor Tim Walz.
