My battery shows one flashing red indicating it is low power, but when I put it on the charger it lights up fully green.

I'm not getting an error code blink or anything, and I reset the battery so it flashes green and red then tried again. But when I take it off the charger, it will flash one red bar, but the second it's on the charger it shows fully charged.
