RFE response not received - case denial

Hello! can someone provide assistance my case received an RFE on Oc 29th, my lawyer sent the response and was receive/ delivered by fedex on January the 22rd. on february the case was updated as “we are still processing your case” and recently we received the notification that the case was denied due that they did not received the RFE response.
