White river amphitheater parking

good evening/mornjng! next Wednesday my friends and I are going to a concert that starts at 7. we live in Edmonds and was planning to leave here around 4pm, estimated about 2 hour drive. I wanted to know from people who went before, is 4pm a good time to park and have time to walk around?
