LF counseling

Hi i’m a 22 y/o female, i was looking for recommendations for counseling online that’s affordable (max budget ₱1000/ session) because i’m still a student. I’ve always struggled with mental health since i was in elementary it has not gotten better sometimes it’s hard most days it gets harder. But this is the first time I’ve actually wanted to get help, i want to get better and i want to live a good life
