2015 nissan sentra pedal fails when headlights are on.

i’ve taken my car two multiple different mechanics and they all say different things/know nothing about my problem. when my autos/headlights/running lights are on my pedal stops working. i can press it fully to the floor and nothing happens. if i pump the pedal it will start working again. this happens on flat ground/hills/downhill. only when my headlights are on. and if i turn them off the problem immediately stops. sometimes it happens a lot and sometimes only every so often. my local shop said they would call me when they figured something out but i’ve heard nothing and mechanics in my family told me to trade my car in (will not do this pls don’t say that i can’t hear it again). also my battery has been tested and is fine and there is no code. if anyone needs anymore information ill give the best that i can with my limited knowledge
