My worst nightmare happened

I accidentally swapped items when shipping all my items out and a buyer received a wrong item that was worth about $50 (a bag) when they bought a $5 flower and the buyer who was supposed to receive the bag received the flower instead. Both buyers reached out to me and wanted to reship the wrong items back to me through a dispute and repurchase the item. The buyer who received the flowers instead of their bag shipped the flower out to me but the other buyer who received the bag still hasn’t shipped it out to me. I’ve asked them nicely to please ship it asap since there’s a time limit on the dispute before it closes but the next day they blocked me.

I already reached out to Depop help but I think I’m going to have to end up just losing $50😭
