Missing pick-up code

Hi everyone,

I need some help with receiving a package.

I ordered something from Amazon. Even though I was at home at the scheduled delivery time, they claimed I wasn’t. Somehow. (Typical DHL)

Usually, you receive a pick-up code via SMS or email to get your parcel from the nearest Packstation. Or, at the very least, a delivery slip in your mailbox with the code on it.

Well, I didn't get any of that. I called DHL customer service, but they couldn't help me either. Then I walked down to the post office, but they just sent me away and told me to "call DHL."

It was sent from Germany to Austria.

What can I do to get this code? Is there any other way to retrieve it?
