Do you keep your cosmetics, pets, and furniture after a fresh start?

So, I decided I wanted to take care of my Finch again [after about a year of ignoring it] and it gave me the option of a fresh start. I want to restart my goals and my finch, but I want to keep all my old cosmetics and furniture ect. Does it let ypu keep all of that?
