Did anyone else lose dashes in their roleplays this year?

At some point towards the beginning of this year, bots stopped included dashes in their replies. Be it emdashes when exposition was inserted in the middle of a sentence, or regular dashes when stuttering or using hyphenated terms. I chalked it up to JLLM being trained against their use due to the use of emdashes being a hallmark of AI. The problem is that there are no dashes anywhere anymore, even when they're necessary.
