Want your guys suggestions

So I'm a pcbm student and gave neet and even after dropping I couldn't clear it(I got good marks in neet but in re neet I fucked up)

Now I want to join engineering clg and since I'm a cbse student my cut off is low yk 161 and my jee percentile is 92(with this can I get any tn engineering clg)

I want your opinion abt panimalar, Sairam and any clg of your suggestion for ece

And I'm planning for partial drop Do drop your suggestions about how much time can I get during 1st year
