Help getting Ganymede to work on WSL?

I’ve just downloaded WSL but I have no idea where to go from here to get Ganymede (https://github.com/Zibbp/ganymede) working? It mentions Docker but I have no idea what Docker is for or how it works. Could anyone please help me understand what I need to do to get this to work?
