Do your country’s ethnic groups have a significant “no sabo” population?
No sabo is a term used for U.S. born Latinos who don’t speak Spanish or who speak very little. It’s quite common and you can find a ton of people in my state with Mexican/Spanish surnames who are generations removed from their families mother tongue. Do your country’s ethnic populations also have this issue or is this a uniquely American thing?
