Google AI Proxy improved from a past Colab code, A teeny bit technical
So, I was personally searching for why the Google models weren't working in Janitor and how to do it a while ago. Maybe it's bad luck, heh, but I found some Colab code that worked at the time and found Lorebary too, but ended up choosing the code of all things.
I started experimenting on it myself and the Software Engineer in me had to make the code a bit more decent looking if anyone were to use it so I did it. Took quite a few days of losing my mental health but the literal roleplay quality and context a lowly free emochi user like me received from it kept me going when I'd have definitely left RP for a while without coming across it.
Here's the link to the Github, you'll see instructions in the page itself as you scroll down. It's cross-compatible so you can run it on Windows, Linux and hopefully Mac too.

To the ones brave enough to make it run on your systems, do try. It worked decently for me. I'm curious if more issues will pop up as others use. I'll explain more if there's a need.
It's free, banging your head is the only payment, though I hope you won't because I banged mine a lot for you all.
Use gemma-4-31b-it and gemini-3.1-flash-lite when you enter into the model field in Janitor. You'll get:
1500 requests/day with Gemma
500 requests/day with Gemini 3.1 Flash Lite
Try after some time if you get too many 500 Error codes. It means the server's busy most times. It will show replying.... and then nothingness, just wait till the text starts streaming. It will come. If you're a chosen one. xD Though I will help to my abilities if you put screenshots of the terminal and errors.
Please do not expect too much. It was hacked up code, I just smoothed and improved as much I could.
