Do clubs of loaned players email twice about lack of playing time?

I have a player loaned in and ive not been playing him much and his club have got in touch about lack of games. Ive played him a bunch now and he's emailed himself saying how happy he is.

If I were to not play him much again will I get another email from the club? Or will they recall him?
