Questions About Bladewing Moth Wings from Apex Master Crafting Pack (PS5)

Hi all,

I was wondering if anyone has had an issue where they buy tokens from the Ubisoft Store to get the Apex Master Crafting Pack. My partner received all of the crafting supplies but no Bladewing Moth Wings. They tried twice, they bought the Apex Master Crafting Pack two times to see if they had missed everything, but still never had the Bladewing Moth Wings. We checked the pouch, we checked the “owned items,” etc.

My partner has a PS5 where they play Frontiers of Pandora, and I use my PC. I have never had this issue on PC. I only noticed it with them. I have bought the same pack multiple times and always got my Bladewing Moth Wings.

We reached out to Ubisoft with this dilemma and they only gave us automated, ridiculous answers. It seems they don’t realize that only the purchase of Tokens show up and that you cannot actively prove you bought the Apex Master Crafting Pack because you can buy it more than once in the store.

Has anyone else had this issue? And if you have, what did you do to solve it? Clearly Ubisoft cannot help us.
