Police Stand off July 9th Dartmouth Crossing

I was driving into Dartmouth Crossing on Highway 118 yesterday. The opposite side of the highway leading out of Halifax there was a event going on with the Police. There was 8 or so police cars with K9 unit and guns drawn on an individual in a car.

I cant find anything on the news. Does anyone know what was going on?
