How do I tell my friends I'm on HRT?

My friends know I'm trans and they're supportive, but I somehow forgot to tell them when I started HRT a few months ago?? I'm seeing them in a few hours, but my autistic ass doesn't know how to tell them without it feeling awkward, especially since one of them is also trans and my roommate. I feel really bad for not telling her 😭
