So many inconsistencies in the Silo Worldbuild

I know I'm stating the obvious but it's sometimes laughable watching the show. A camcorder has electronic circuitry too small to be legal, yet they have desktop computers. A character referred to Aspirin in a world that has forgotten 21st century civilization. (unless that's a clue to something later...the whole thing is a concentration camp run by Bayer? We know Bayer's WWII Nazi connections after all). they don't know what the lights in the night sky are, but they know what clouds are, and they know that the clouds cover the lights. I could go on. But it almost seems like trolling at this point. I keep watching but it's getting funny...
