Falling out with Unboundmerino wool.
Their customer is ridiculous rude and cold. Please be aware that they won’t do free return anymore. They will charge you $8 and only let you exchange once.
It took me over 2 hours to got to talk to someone and still didn’t have the result I wanted.
ILL BOYCOTT UNBOUNDMERINO WOOL from now on.
Buy SMARTWOOL and ICEBREAKER instead !
