New CBR from Del Amo with No Oil

So roughly a month and a half ago I bought my first motorcycle shortly after getting my California m1. Purchase process was smooth and had no hiccups or anything. Was able to take the bike out the same night. They performed their usual check up on the bike before letting me drive away.

These past few weeks have been fun but I’ve been noticing it runs hot even after just a few minutes of ridding. Lo and behold I check the dipstick just yesterday on 7/9 and there wasn’t even any oil at all.

Another thing is at around 100 miles, I hit a cat at about 40mph. The plastic fairings are damaged a bit so I brought it back to them around 6/15. The fairings were backordered til 7/24 so they allowed me to take the motorcycle back and I’ve had it for a week roughly.

Is there anything I can legally? The motorcycle had a 1 year warranty on the engine and electronics with Honda so that does relieve me a little. But I know the engine is fucked now. 300 miles on a motorcycle with no oil. Crazy
