I need help regarding MBA Admission

I’m planning to take admission to IGNOU.
I created my registration ID and password, and my email has been verified.

I already have an APAAR ID. When I enter it, I receive the OTP, enter it, and submit it. However, it keeps showing “Unexpected Error – Internal Server Error” every time.

Has anyone else faced this issue? Is it a problem with the IGNOU portal, or is there something I need to fix?
