picking scars

Hello all, i am 38 m uk. I have bene picking my skin for many years but now have started to stop myself with some mental health help. I have lots of icking scars on my back, upper arms and chest. I would really appreciate if someone could point me in right direction in treating these. I do not have means financially for drastic action like lasers but what products and routine could i use.
