Teacher switching school districts

I just got a new position at a different school district out of state. The new lawyers are starting the paperwork to transfer the H1B. They are concerned that the wording of "requires a degree in the field" is going to be an issue. I have a teaching license in both states and my degree is in psychology. I also recently got my H1B renewed early this year. Should I be worried about the degree not being in education specifically.
