AMA: Indian doctor with ADHD

Same as the heading. I see a lot of people here asking for advice regarding medication and diagnosis and other related things.
I got into med school while undiagnosed and very very close to my ultimate burnout because of how far I was stretched thin while preparing for NEET with this evil disorder.

Subsequent direct access to medical information and being in a medical college helped me get a diagnosis and medication and it actually saved my life.
I can’t imagine where I would be right now if it weren’t for my diagnosis and the support system I was able to construct for myself because of it.

But it was only possible because I was in the medical field myself.

I’m opening this AMA (ask me anything) for anyone who wants honest medical help or guidance but is struggling to get it because I know just how difficult it is in our country to get help for psychiatric issues. Especially something that is seen as “trivial” even though it’s not.
