Need help finding a SFF / HTPC case with an optical drive

Hi all. I tried searching and I know optical drives are a thing of the past, but I really want a small form factor pc under my TV with a dvd player.

I've seen the Silverstone sugo which is really nice, but looks a bit big. I'm not really looking to create a top pc under the TV as I have a beefy pc for my workstation. I just need a streaming box that can play the odd dvds for my wife and I to watch while being able to stream games from the other pc the odd occasion.

I would love any suggestions
