Hi! I’m new to the paid service, how should I best conserve my usage? What should think about?

It seems gpt chat and codex are on separate usage quotas still. Should I generate a plan in codex and iterate on it in chat?

Use subagents and Luna as often as feasible

What about cowork? Or work mode? Are there more quotas I should know about?
