Return process for NIU scooters is unnecessarily complicated and difficult

NIU scooter make the return process very difficult. They unnecessarily complicate, and I wish I had purchased through Amazon. Customer care sucks. They never respond. Even if they do, they would try super hard to convince not to return and buy time.
