Omega rescue Shane?

There are a few fics out there where Ilya is an alpha that is either bought by Shane or placed with Shane from a rescue and Shane has to rehabilitate/take care of Ilya from his trauma. But I can't find any that are the opposite where Ilya is taking care of abused/neglected/traumatized Shane. Any help?
