S52 compact 318ti

Found a great deal on an automatic e36 m3 vert. Super clean car, low miles. He claims the fuel pump went out. Also there’s a title issue. Perfect candidate to throw the s52 in my compact and sell off the bumpers, trim, brakes, etc for cheap to recoup some of the money!

What all do I need other than the engine/harness/dme/ews/key? I already did a medium case in my compact a while ago. How long would my getrag last behind the s52? Would the s52 engine mounts work? I don’t need to change my front subframe or anything right? Any gurus please share some wisdom with me!
