Vinted banned me and no I can’t claim refund for item that didn’t arrive

I purchased an item which never arrived. I have been told I have till tomorrow to file the issue but I'm unable to since they banned me. I also have and active case where a seller didn't send me the correct item. In fact they completely scammed me
What will happen to these.
My account was banned after I changed the price of an item I was selling and it detected fraudulent activity which is false.
Will I lose my money
