Obsession with character

Let me start this out saying im a male 17 but this started when i was around 15, i don’t know if this is normal or common but basically theres a called from 2 movies called Diane Foxington. And for whatever reason i seem to be very attracted to her to the point where it causes me discomfort and distress whenever i see a picture of her or hear her name and i don’t really get why. It’s come to a point where i actively avoid using all social media because somehow the algorithm knows im thinking about her. I won’t lie and say i dont find her attractive and stuff but she’s basically all i think about now.

She also basically completely consumed my hobby of art. I used to draw a lot back in the day but i stopped and only started it back up after this obsession started. I even started using blender just to make her and to 3d print her to make it feel a little bit more real.

I do see a therapist however i haven’t mentioned this to her out of embarrassment. I feel like it has to do with some like motherly love i didn’t get or something im not sure

I know this is kinda stupid but i just wanna know if anyone has any suggestions?
