### 📦 Help with a specific box, replacement parts, extras & add-ons

1. Go to **[crunchlabs.com](https://www.crunchlabs.com)\*\* and log in by clicking the **account icon** in the top-right corner (next to the Cart icon)
2. Click your **active subscription**
3. Click the **icon for the build** you need help with
4. From there you can order replacement parts, Extras, and Add-Ons for that specific kit

### 🚚 Track an order

1. Log in by clicking the **account icon** in the top-right corner (next to the Cart icon)
2. Click **Order History** at the top-center of the screen
3. Select the order in question
4. Click the **order tracking number** to see live shipping status

## ❓ Why does this thread exist?

The r/CrunchLabs subreddit was turning into an unofficial (and pretty inefficient) help desk. Posts about cancellations, shipping delays, and billing questions were piling up with no resolution because we as mods genuinely can't fix those things. Only the CrunchLabs team can.

This thread exists so you always know exactly where to go to actually get help.
