Where to begin

Hello everyone I’m glad I have found this group because it seems to be very helpful. I’ll just get into it. I have been out of the army for 5 1/5 years and have not filed anything with the VA. I have sat down and tried to start the process a couple times and quickly get frustrated with the process. I’m not looking to scam or lie I just want to start. I know there are third parties that will file for vets. There’s also a small clinic in my town. I don’t have a list of my medical records while I was in and I’m lucky that whatever the list is it’s not long. Thank you in advance to any guidance and thank you to those who have done much more than me.
