Approved / ignore reports post from 5 days ago just showed up in queue with new custom report but those are turned OFF

Something broke again.

Post was approved 5 days ago by a very thorough mod, who always ignores reports after approving, and I remember seeing the post when it was new because the mod who approved it added a snarky flair.

I hit snooze for 7 days, of course.

Last time I checked, custom reports were disabled. I tried to verify before posting this, and fk if I can find it since the new "Rules Hub" was rolled out. Can someone please tell me how to get to the setting on mobile web just to verify that they are indeed off?

Anyone else seeing anything like this?
