clock freezing but sims keep moving

this happened to me before with another save and i forget how i fixed it😭 the time will freeze but the game keeps going. i’m not able to save or pause. when i quit the game and reboot it, it goes back an hour or two to when i last saved. then, it happens again if i try to continue playing. the only mods i have are MC command center and basemental
