tons to learn

i just started at walgreens with no prior experience. some lady walked out on her last day of her 2 weeks and then some other experienced girl that is very liked in the pharmacy is leaving soon. only 2 other technicians are carrying the pharmacy on their backs because us newbies don't know anything yet. i don't have the time to learn either because it's so busy all the time. i feel expected to know these things already when it hasn't been a week yet. i was told to skip through the my computer training so they can get me in the pharmacy asap and they'll teach me everything. i feel annoying asking for help when insurance won't go through, writing the prescriptions or when patients have questions i don't have answers to. idk if this job isn't for me or if it's just like this at the beginning for everyone.
