My game is, bugged?

Hello. I used to play Skyrim with mods years ago, but when I try to open it now, the horses from the Intro fly around and the wagon just goes crazy. If I load another save to skip the intro, my character doesn't more faster than walking.

I tried turning off all mods,.didn't work.

I uninstalled and reinstalled, didn't work.

Anyone know how to help me with this?
