Vancouver-Yukon-Juneau road trip

Hi!
I currently live in Wisconsin and my partner and I want to plan road trip from Vancouver to Juneau Alaska. We would like to fly to Vancouver, rent a car, drive to Juneau and then fly home from Alaska to Wisconsin.
I am having trouble finding a rental car company that would allow a one way trip, and we don’t have the time to make the drive back down to Vancouver.
Any suggestions?
Another option would be flying to anchorage, renting a car, and drive it to the Yukon, drop it off in Juneau and fly home from there.
We have been to Alaska before, but we haven’t explore this part of the state. Any other trip itinerary recommendation are welcome.
