How to find recorded precipitation for April 22-23, 2026

We’ve had a severe sewage back up into our home that first became known in April. This is an “executive lease” home, so not cheap at all, but the landlord is very cheap, and now, we’re finding very dishonest.

They did a cheap temp repair in April and were told by the plumbing and drain expert that day in April it will continue to happen until they fix the broken main line, which has been broken because of tree roots. The owners kept insisting it wasn’t a big deal and they’d get to it. They did not get on it, and that was ten weeks ago.

Well, it blew up again on July 4 and July 5. We have sewage on all floors, bathtubs, showers, everywhere. It’s horrifying.

The landlord is insisting that this is our fault because a tiny leak in a window was found when there was a whole lot of water running under the floor. There was no rain on any of those days, but I need reliable, professional records of the precipitation because they’re trying hard to hold us accountable for this whole mess.

The day it first happened in April, there was no rain at all, nor was there the following day, nor was there on July 4. But I cannot find official weather and precipitation records.

Can anyone tell me where online I can get the weather records for particular days?
