What should I know to be a Staff Accountant?
I graduated from WGU in April with my bachelor's in accounting and landed a job as a staff accountant for a maufacturing company. I've never had any work experience in accounting/finance and I've never even worked in an office setting. I start my new job next week and I'm feeling super nervous that I'm not gonna know anything. The company knows that I don't have experience but I'm still scared of looking clueless. What should I review before my first day or what cani expect to be doing as a staff accountant? I just want to be as prepared as I can.
