Uterine Didelphys

I am 20 yrs old and found out around a year ago that I have 2 uteruses (uterine didelphys) due to an IUD issue and needing to get an ultrasound. After my doctor called me and told me I only asked if I would have any fertility issues and she said no, and that it isn’t really a big problem and we can worry about it later on when I’m older and ready to have kids. But I just have so many questions. The first one is how do I take care of my periods because tampons have never worked for me. I’ve always been leaking around the tampon and the tampon comes out completely dry. And it’s so irregular. Also, I was told I have two full uterus, two cervixes and technically two vaginas. I’ve been trying to schedule an appointment with my OB/GYN for further questions, but it takes forever for an appointment so if anybody can just tell me about their experience or things, I should know let me know.
