Create your own national pride star EVO - best position for it?

I saw that P 1 is giving pretty good defending stats so was thinking of using it on a CB. Then I realized P 2 doesn’t improve defense at all. Am i wrong on that? Also anyone knows what the whole 5 playstyle thing is about?

Can part 2 apply on any national pride player rated 95 w 3 PS, or just for this evo?
