Land Lease WANTED: Paying Finder's Fee

Target Locations:

- Greater Toronto Area: Toronto, Vaughan, Mississauga

- Outside GTA: Windsor, Kingston

Property Requirements:

- Zoning: Must be zoned for Commercial or Industrial use (capable of supporting equipment storage, logistics, or commercial operations).

- Structure: Land lease / Ground lease only.

What we are offering:

We are prepared to pay an in-cash finder's fee upon the successful execution of each signed lease. The fee structure is tiered and varies depending on whether the property is located within the GTA or in our non-GTA target markets (Windsor/Kingston).

Doesn't matter who you are, if you know someone and it results in us getting a signed lease, YOU GET PAID.
